What our condition grades mean
We grade on body, screen, camera, unlock, charging, battery health, repair history, any parts that have been replaced, and signs of moisture. A function the model never had is not counted as a fault.
Clean, never repaired
Battery health 90% or above. Screen and body normal. Every function the device actually has — cameras, unlock, charging — works as it should. Never repaired, no sign of moisture. A function the model never had, such as a camera on a watch, is not counted as a fault.
Light signs of use
Battery health 80% or above. Light marks on the screen and body are allowed. Every function the device actually has — cameras, unlock, charging — still works as it should. No aftermarket parts fitted. A function the model never had is not counted as a fault.
Repaired, visible wear, or a noted fault
Anything that does not meet A or B — a past repair or parts change (this counts even when the rest of the device is clean and the battery is still healthy), battery under 80%, obvious scuffs or dents, or a noted quirk such as a weak speaker. Listed in full on the product page.
A grade covers cosmetics, battery health and whatever we found on inspection. A lower grade means there are flaws we have listed — not that the phone is unusable. Every unit has its real condition written on its listing.
